As we celebrate Here, To you, Now—curated by Lumi Tan—we are reminded of what happens when we make space for big ideas across our city. Bringing together 28 local and international artists, 17 new commissions, and 16 partner venues across Portland, this recent edition sparked joy and creative conversation while earning national praise in Artforum, ArtReview, and ARTnews. It was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when artists, partner organizations, and dedicated supporters come together to support the work of artists and bring world-class contemporary art programming into our shared public spaces.
For over a decade, Converge 45 has brought people together through art, ideas, and storytelling, and we are just getting started. Each triennial creates a bridge between regional voices and the global art world, helping shape Portland’s future through creative expression.
